Lead Electronics Architect 

We are currently seeking an experienced Electronics Architect on behalf of our client. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the growth and development of our client's engineering competencies, specifically in Electronics. This position involves leading from concept to qualification of advanced mechatronic systems and acting as a team leader for both internal and external project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with architects from various disciplines and competence leaders to define concept designs.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and verification phases, managing electronic designs with the team, including external partners.
  • Effectively communicate during the test/integration phase with internal departments, assisting in problem-solving during the first integration phase.
  • Develop architectural concepts in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Interface with clients to clearly understand and interpret their requirements.
  • Oversee the specification of electronic modules, systems, components, and control platforms.
  • Manage outsourcing activities with development partners.
  • Provide specialist knowledge in areas such as signal processing, analog and digital electronics, firmware, high voltage electronics, PCB layout, EMI, etc.
  • Assist in manufacturing and supply chain decisions.
  • Transfer knowledge to production and service engineers.
  • Document specifications, designs, and test analysis results.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in the electronic field, particularly in control systems and components for high-end equipment/products, in multidisciplinary development teams.
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience as an Architect for complex systems.
  • Strong teamwork, analytical, pragmatic, creative, and proactive skills.
  • Excellent communication skills; proficiency in English required.
  • Ambition for broad personal development in technology and personal skills.
