As Senior FPGA/VHDL Engineer
You will constantly encounter new challenges and deepen your knowledge of complex electronics on a daily base. You will be part of a multidisciplinary project team within the engineering department, collaborating with experts in hardware, embedded software, FPGA, and LabVIEW.
In this role you will lead the specification, design, simulation, realization, and debugging of complex FPGA and SoC architectures at our client. You'll work on diverse projects across various application domains in the high-tech industry.
You have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s preferably in Electrical Engineering, Technical Informatics or Computer Engineering
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in FPGA development
- Good understanding of VHDL is required, Verilog knowledge is a plus
- Knowledge of Xilinx and/or Intel (Altera) FPGA tooling
- Affinity with hardware and embedded software is a plus
- Experience with model-based design is a plus
- Eager to learn, coach and a having pro-active/can do attitude
- Good communication skills, both internal as external
- Team player who can also work independently
- good knowledge of the English language in word and writing
