Job Overview:
Are you a visionary in mechatronics system architecture, ready to lead product design teams to the forefront of technology? Can you execute multi-disciplinary designs for volume production? Our client seeks a dynamic individual to join their dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture and decompose customer requirements to design the system.
- Contribute to the technical roadmap.
- Lead the system design team to meet the functional specifications of clients, ensuring delivery within the stipulated cost and timeframe.
- Collaborate closely with professionals from various disciplines to define decomposed functions and modules.
- Head the team in documenting and maintaining specifications.
- Conduct trade-off studies and set the direction for realization and validation.
- Review designs, ensuring optimal system performance and continual improvements.
- Serve as a technical mentor for designers throughout the project.
Profile Requirements:
- Technical University, Master's degree.
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in hi-tech fields, precision machinery, contamination control, and vacuum.
- A passion for defining concepts, interfaces, and mechatronic design principles.
- An individual who is precise, adaptable, and eager to tackle challenges.
- Team-oriented, capable of building productive relations with internal teams, clients, consortium partners, and suppliers.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a penchant for contributing to company growth.
- Ability to efficiently manage time, budgets, and prioritize tasks.
- Outstanding communication abilities, proficient in English and characterized by accuracy, flexibility, analytical and pragmatic thinking, creativity, and proactive behavior.
