Software Projectleader
As a Software Project Leader (Teamleader), you will play an important role in driving the success of software development projects within our multidisciplinary environment.
You will be responsible for organizing and creating detailed project plans, ensuring all aspects of the software development process are well-coordinated and efficiently executed. Key to this role is the tracking of issues and progress, as well as providing guidance and support to the software development team. You will act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining clear and consistent communication to keep all parties informed and satisfied throughout the project lifecycle.
You will also be accountable for reporting project progress to the Integral Project Manager, ensuring transparency and alignment with overall project goals.
Working within the Software Development group, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
In this role, you will report directly to the Groupleader Software Development.
About the role:
- Organizing and creating detailed planning for software development projects.
- Tracking progress and guiding the software development team.
- Keeping internal and external stakeholders informed and satisfied within a multidisciplinary environment.
- Reporting project progress to the (multidisciplinary) Integral Project Manager.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Physics, with at least 10 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven expertise in high-tech, complex machine control.
- Experience in coaching and leading software teams.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies for software development.
- Extensive knowledge of Model-Driven Design.
- Expertise in real-time control software and real-time operating systems (Linux, Sun Solaris).
- Experience with industrial bus systems.
- Broad knowledge of Design Patterns.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, C#, and Python.
- Experience with Continuous Integration and/or Configuration Management.
